How to Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

· Purchased directly from the MARKRYDEN website (www.markrydenglobal.com or www.markrydenfactory.com).

· Not a custom item.

· Returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, with all original tags attached for a full refund.

· Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt. If the product is within the warranty period (please refer to our warranty policy), we will provide free replacement or repair services and cover shipping costs based on your situation.

· Please note that discounted products purchased during the event will not be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

· If you receive an order with quality issues, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

· If you receive an order with missing items, please contact us right away, and we will verify the situation and make it right.

How to Submit a Return

To initiate your return, please visit the MARKRYDEN Return Center and follow the remaining return process.

MARKRYDEN Return Process:

1. To start a return, contact us at info@markrydenglobal.com.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for processing.

Shipping Damage

· All products are carefully packaged for shipping, and damage is rare. If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible. We will respond within 24 hours to assist you.

· If you purchased Worry-Free, you can directly click to apply for after-sales service.

A: If your order is missing an item, please contact us and provide your order number along with details of the missing item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Please email info@markrydenglobal.com to cancel your order within 24 hours, as we will process shipping after this period.

 

Q: What is the return policy for customized items?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for customized products. All sales on customized bags are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Q: Can I exchange items?

A: We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you received an item as a gift and prefer store credit instead of a refund, please contact us with the order details.

 

Q: What if I purchased MARKRYDEN products from another retailer?

A: If you bought MARKRYDEN products from a retail store or another website, please contact the original point of purchase for their return options.

 

Q: What if I cannot find my order number on the website?

A: If you cannot find your order number, please contact us using the “Contact Us” option. Provide your name, email address, shipping address, and order date for assistance. If the item was a gift, please also include the purchaser's name. We will do our best to retrieve your order number and email it to you.

 

Q: What warranty and repair options does MARKRYDEN offer?

Q: Do you offer return labels?

A: Sorry, our current return policy does not provide a return label and requires the customer to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

 

Important Notes

We do not accept returns for packages sent with cash on delivery. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items sent with cash on delivery will be refused.

Before sending your return items, please ensure that they are accurate and in good condition. We are not responsible for returns of non-MARKRYDEN products.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. You will need to pay a delivery fee; we do not support prepaid shipping labels at this time.

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Get a Refund

· We will arrange for your refund within 7 business days after receiving your package.

· For online payments, the refund will be returned to your MARKRYDEN wallet or the account used for payment 

· Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
