· Please note that once your package has been shipped, we cannot accept any modifications.

· International Express: 3 to 9 business days

· Please be advised that we are not liable for orders returned or destroyed due to prolonged periods of non-pickup. Timely pickup is essential to guarantee the safe delivery of your order.

· Alternatively, if you provide the correct address after receiving our email, the delivery person will attempt redelivery.

· For lost packages during transit, please contact the local carrier, the merchant is not responsible.

Returns

· You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and suitable for resale.
