Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. Please return your order at our main business office to the following address Mark Ryden Global, 26 Asland Road, E15 3LL, London, United Kingdom.

Please contact us by email at support@markrydenglobal.com before making a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Customers have the obligation to pay for the returning fee. 

Free returns for UK customers.

Once we receive the returning product, we will issue a refund. For more information please visit our FAQ's page.

 


Refunds(if applicable) 

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.

We offer a refund or a replacement on missing or stolen parcel.

We cannot offer a refund or a replacement for missing or stolen parcels with the status "Delivered".

For missing parcels with the status "Delivered", please contact your carrier for more information.

For missing parcels with the status " Delivered", please check with your neighbours and with your local post office.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 5-20 business days.

PLEASE PRINT YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND ADD IT TO YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@markrydenglobal.com.

Exchanges


At this time we do not offer exchanges but instead ask that you return your order for a refund (if applicable).

 

Arrived Damaged/Defective

We are terribly sorry if your order arrived Damaged or Defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault (within 3 days of receiving your parcel) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.

If you fail to contact us within 30 days from your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.



Shipping 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
