I like the bag but a few things can be better.
The back pocket, the one touching the persons back can be a bit buklier so you can put gloves inside but in a way that it's not hard to close the back pocket.
The "laptop sleeve" from the inside, the biggest one, I like the material thats used because its great for a screen but it can be sturdy so that it doesnt bend, especially at the top. I imagine a piece of soft plastic inside of the material so that something cant pierce trough the fabric like keys and roght now i keep a book inside the sleeve to protect a screen since otherwise, whatever goes into the biggest compartment in the middle, can damage a screen. I just realosed i can put a piece of plastic in the mesh compartment with the zipper and take out the book but that doesnt solve the top part, so ~75% protection will be ok, i think. The zipper of that mesh does go down when I put something bulky inside so maybe put some protection for the zipper like velcro and it wont "snag" and get the mesh open.
The same goes within the main compartment under the RFID pocket with a zipper. Its soft and if you put a bottle of water inside, you're damaging the edge of that small pocket.
From the outside the top compartment is great, especially the inside material (blue in my case).
The zipper pocket from the outside (where you put the logo and piece of plastic) is the wrong way around. It may sound absurd but when I'm carrying the bag across my shoulders (wearing it the right way) my right hand is closer to the big outside pocket and my left hand (if I would "swing" the bag to my stomach to reach the outside pockets) wouldnt reach it, so, I "swing" it to my stomach and reach for the pocket with my right hand....and it's hard to close it that way because to close the zipper I'm pushing it away from myself so i have to have my left hand free to pick up the entire bag and hold the zipper down after the last "corner" of the zipper.
If the zipper opened in the other direction I could use the weight of the bag to do what (in this case, or "the wrong way" in my opinion) I'm doing with my left hand right now.
Seems much easier that way and it's not a problem but it would solve the biggest and time consuming part of using the bag when I'm getting my wallet or "quick access" items, like keys on the little "rope" with the plastic that dissconects.
If the bottom was hard, it would be much safer to put the bag on the floor but I love that it stays up when i put it down.
The strap that goes across the left shoulder where it can be dissconected with the plastic clip could be 10-15 cm longer so it's not "too high up" on the chest and just above the plastic, I would love to see a small pocket, even if it's soft, but if I could put a wallet inside or my phone, the entire bag would be 20% better.
I put a small velcro strap and small carabiner at the end of the chest strap so I can hang other small items (childs shoulder bag and or childs jacket) and it hangs next to my right hand, so maybe put an extra "addon" bag or recommend one of your small bags to be used in combination.
The outside pockets could be a little big bigger because they're deep and could be used for a lot more items if they're double in size but then they need a hole at the bottom if you get cought in the rain. Maybe something to cover the entrance? -or it that overcomplicating a small bag?
I don't onow how sturdy the plastic clip is on the shoulder strap but I wouldnt mind if it "gave me more confidence" since I don't like using it because the edges of the "male part" of the plastic don't seem they can withstand a few years of clicking on and off, so maybe a little bit more materian on the edges so they can withstand years of taking the bag on/off for years.
Add a pocket under the bottom with a zipper maybe so you can open the zipper from the side of the bag and take something out like a small umbrella or wallet, but that would look weird, maybe, also, has to be waterproof after being dropped a lot of times so I don't know.
Anyway, great bag, love it and I will probably buy another one in a few months but since you're asking, those are the modifications I would make to make it perfect.
Oh, the logo, Mark Ryden frim the outside of the bag, could have a white edge from the sides of the letters since they're "popping out" of the fabric so they would be much more visible.
Have a nice day.
