I like how the backpack is done and that is slim,but there are few mistakes as inline,which is always poping out or going into the zipper,when you wish to close main part. After 3 months of use, the zipper broke in a small pocket. I was using it forward and 6th month the zipper broke on main pocket. I'm using the backpack normaly opening in the morning at work and closing in the evening for leaving work,that's it. My opinion that quality is really bad and not on the level of the price,which they are asking. Support is not responding to emails,therefore you can forget the warranty,there is none. Pretty dispointed.
