Dossimo by Mark Ryden is another collection of smart sling bag featuring multi-layer compartment. It is a versatile sling bag designed for functionality and maximum experience. There is a dedicated tablet pocket ensuring your device safety and card pocket in the shoulder straps with smooth zipper. There i also hidden safe compartment to store your mobile device.


Dossimo can be worn either cross body or chest sling back as it features adjustable hooks for your preference. The shoulder strap is well-knit, with breathable mesh ensuring your comfort while in use. The material of this sling back is oxford water resistant and stretch resistant polyester. The stitching is nifty ensuring durability of the bag. Similar to other Mark Ryden products, this sling bag features external USB charging port.

United Kingdom orders are shipped from London, UK via Royal Mail and DPD. Due to stock availability we may use a different location to dispatch your order.

  • Express Shipping 2-7 Business Days - £14.99 GBP

The shipping methods listed above are for most products. However, products not on stock in the UK, cannot be shipped with Express method.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary country to country. Please consult your country's customs office for an accurate estimate.

    If and when there are customs duties or taxes associated with the customers country customs policies and the customer does not clear or pay those fees and the item gets returned to Mark Ryden Global, all applicable shipping charges for return shipping and original shipping costs will be deducted from the customers refund. In the rare case when the customer does not clear the duties or taxes associated with their countries policies and the item gets disposed by customs officials the customer will also be responsible for all associated costs of the item and all associated shipping fees.


    CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

    Address Changes and Cancellations can be done Monday - Friday within 3 hours from your purchase. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.

     

    PROCESSING

    Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

       
      TRACKING

      The tracking number will be provide along with the shipping notification email or sms.

      RETURNS

      Items sold and shipped by Mark Ryden Global can be returned or replaced (if the item is in stock) within 30 DAYS of when you receive them. Please fill the return form here.

      All items must be in NEW & UNUSED condition, in its original packaging and exactly as they were when they were shipped to be eligible for a return. Absolutely no used or damaged goods will be accepted.

      All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and shipped back to Mark Ryden Global  at the customers expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund payment.

      Please use a trackable shipping method when returning the product so you can follow it until it arrives. Without a trackable shipping method we do not guarantee the product will arrive.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 5-20 business days.

       

      REFUNDS

      We cannot replace or refund "MISSING OR STOLEN" items that have been marked as "DELIVERED"!

      All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for a refund.

      If a delivery notice is left and you do not pick up your package at your local post office and the item gets returned to Mark Ryden Global the shipping costs associated for the returned package and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

      Once the item is received it will be thoroughly inspected and if it is deemed to be in new condition a refund will be authorized.

      Please allow 7 days after the retuned package arrives for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to buy the product.

       

      Refunds for incorrect shipping address.

      If you entered an incorrect shipping address on the order form and the package gets returned, the original shipping costs and returning shipping costs will be deducted from your return  payment.


      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@markrydenglobal.com.

       


      EXCHANGES

      At this time we do not offer exchanges but instead ask that you return your order for a refund (if applicable).

       

       

      DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

      We are terribly sorry if your order arrived Damaged or Defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault ( within 3 days of receiving your parcel) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.

       

      If you fail to contact us within 30 days from the delivery time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
